Food Truck

From 4-9pm, energy demand is high, and less wind and solar power is available. By using less electricity during these hours, you can ensure that your energy is coming from cleaner sources. To demonstrate this, we created the Keep it Golden Food Truck and enlisted Top Chef Brooke Williamson to serve delicious tacos when clean energy is available–before 4pm and after 9pm. Between 4-9pm, when energy is at its dirtiest, we transformed our food truck and served bland and expensive food.
